iki design group has won the Turkish Property Oscar with its Papirus Plaza project.

“The Best Property Investments Research” which was held by Ekonomist, Capital and Masion Française has awarded Papirus Plaza in “Best Office” category.
Papirus Plaza, realized by iki design group in 2012 brings a new standard to the office architecture in Kağıthane, Istanbul where central business functions are rapidly developing.
The project distinguishes itself as it boosts the urban transformation in its surrounding and creates public spaces. Papirus Plaza offers an urban terrace which is highlighted by horizontal and vertical panels that animates the working environment. Deliberately studied daylight conditions are creating a pleasant atmosphere and establishing a vibrant interior and exterior dialog.
