Premier developers, architects, interior designers and real estate agents from across Europe gathered at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London on Tuesday (September 22nd). That evening, in the presence of the Earl of Caithness from the House of Lords in British Parliament, the eagerly awaited results of the European Property Awards were announced. iki design group is proud to announce the 7 awards achieved with the following projects in agenda:
Highly Commended Award with Piyalepasa Istanbul for the Best Mixed-use Architecture, Best Office Architecture with Borsa Istanbul, Best Hotel Architecture with Cyprus Hotel, Best Leisure Architecture for Bursa Kultur Park Theater, Best Office Architecture with Vadistanbul Boulevard/Offices and finally the two projects are Five Star Awarded as Best Residential High Rise Architecture for Europe with Maslak High-rises and Best Retail Architecture for Europe with Vadistanbul Boulevard/Retail. With this regard, iki design group had nominated for World’s Best Property Awards with Vadistanbul Boulevard as Best Retail Architecture of Europe and Maslak High-Rises as Best Residential High-rise Architecture of Europe. The results of the eagerly anticipated ‘World’s Best’ Property Awards will be revealed at a glittering awards presentation ceremony in London on December 7th 2015 where ‘Europe’s Best’ compete against other regional winners from Africa, Arabia, the USA, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Asia Pacific and the UK to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
Senior partner of iki design group M.Arch Murat Kader stated that “We were in London for achieving 7 new awards, it is a great achievement as an architect but most of all, I am proud to say what we do is a great example and inspiration for younger architects”. Kader adds that “the top-scoring 5-star winners from each of the 48 different categories now go forward to represent the European region in the 2015-2016 International Property Awards, we are proud to say that iki design group will be competing there with two projects.”
