Project has won the World’s Best Mixed Use Architecture Award.

After awarded to the Best European Mixed Use Architecture Award in September and representing the Europe for the international category, EMAAR SQUERE has been recognized as the “World’s Best of 2012”.  The Jury of International Property Awards, the most prestigious award in his category, has single out the EMAAR SQAURE among the bests of America, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Arabic counterparts.  
EMAAR SQUARE is expected to an urban attraction and is conceived as” unprecedented” in its variety of spatial experiences  involving  office and residential towers with apartment blocks along with shopping and leisure facilities.
