Aktepe City Project locates in the centre of Tashkent on the main transportation axis and junctions. Project plot is 55.800 sqm.

The design brief came from local client with requirements focusing on residential development in Aktepe region, where demand is high for accommodation.

Project accommodates 23 residential blocks with 900 flat apartments within the heart of Tashkent where demand for residential development is very high. 1.200 sqm retail area aims to serve the dwellers with main needs as kiosks, barber, bakery and a grocery.

The courtyards among residential blocks enable Aktepe City to be a liveable landscape hidden from the large transportation lines and urban intensity.

The facades of residential blocks are representing Tashkent City’s colours with rustic and light brick details including tones of green, blue and hot colours as well.

Total construction size of project is 83.262 sqm.
