As a part of Cendere Valley Masterplan, Cendere D-Plot locates on the second hub of valley formation, meeting with river and forest. The curved-shape plot area is 58.300 sqm., consisting of retail, offices and residential units within. The bazaar culture and street&square relations of commercial activities in history reflected into Plot-D masterplan.

The land use distribution on plot is mainly gathering common areas in the physical center of Project which includes courtyard, square, open green areas and retail. On the other hand the height distribution of the buildings are in Playgrounds, sports facilities and green-walk paths are scattered around the Project area.

The design follows crystal-like geometric lines and the triangle low-rise locates on junction of angled reflections of mass orientation. Offices and residential units are high-rises which turn their faces to river view, the height level decreases while approaching to the river for ensuring the interaction with.
