Erbil Residences are located on north side of Erbil,which is the city one of the oldest continuously inhabited areas in the world. At the heart of the city is the ancient Citadel of Erbil and Mudhafaria Minaret. The residences were designed as a part of master plan ,Downtown Erbil, designed by iki design group. The project aims to follow historical identiy of the city commenting in terms of contemporary architecture. As master plan design got inspiration form the ancient city, individiual blocks also benefited from the cultural richness. The block consists of 14 - storey floor plans, an amenity floor, 2-storey parking floor, a retail floor and a basement floor
