IETT Mixed Use Project

Istanbul, Turkey

2015

333.000 m²

Located on a former industrial site, the project sits at the heart of a wider urban regeneration plan called Cendere Valley, this ambitious scheme delivers a vibrant new residential area on the hilly green canopies of northern Istanbul instead of old industrial facilities.

The land where the three condominium and one office block are located accesses to main roads of the city, the most important being TEM (1000 meters) and Buyukdere Boulevard (700 meters).

Set amidst an enclave of the forest just near to Cendere Valley and CBD of Maslak-Buyukdere axis; the housing units and open spaces are conceived on a macro scale as a breathing space - a rarity in high density for Istanbul - and an extension of the Belgrade Forest and Cendere Valley regeneration area, tree conservation area that it shares a boundary of forest with.

Articulated as two 30 story and one 35 story blocks offer the overall 195.300 sqm development dialogues with the nature and merges with in a language of openness a harmony and continuity made expressive by scale and the feeling of privacy.

These elegant high-rise towers aims to become a modern landmark on the north of Istanbul skyline. Developed to attract young professionals and families working near or in
Maslak CBD with a mixture of lofts and flats, 30 and 35 story towers are designed in a contemporary style. The elegant residential towers rise out of a 1.258 units underground parking deck. Loft-style residential units wrap around the central parking core. At the top of parking podium, a landscaped pool deck and recreation area provides private outdoor spaces, as well as magnificent city, forest and Bosphorus views.
