InterContinental Hotels or IHG, is a British multinational hospitality company headquartered in Denham, Buckinghamshire, England. iki design group  designed the project for initial investment of IHG in Baku which is the capital and largest city of Azerbaijan, as well as the largest city on the Caspian Sea and of the Caucasus region.  In time, Baku has turned into a modern city, with a rapid development in the context of a globalizing world after the economic boom triggered with petrol export since the 19. century InterContinental Hotel Baku is located in the vibrant heart of the city. Thus Baku is open to charming and luxury design. It's aimed to design a project thinking both historical and modern Baku in order to reach the right decision. Now the proposal is ready to be new face of Baku with its prominent design.
