The project locates in Levent is a neighbourhood and one of the main business districts of Istanbul, Turkey, located on the European side of the city. It is a part of the municipality of Beşiktaş and is situated to the north of the Golden Horn, at the western shore of the Bosphorus strait. The project area consist of two parcels in front of Kanyon,  which one of them is  16.900 m², the other one is 2300 m². While small plot is desiged totally green area, office block rises from the big plot. Dynamic form, iconic structure, vertical&horizantal relations in a balanced way and integration to boulevard are main design objectives. Office blokc  are places towards main axis so that it can show itself in a strategic location.  It's aimed that Kalyon Office does interact with the Istanbul skyline but also maximises the spatial continuity around it. It will have also an ambitious and captivating outlook in the city’s silhouette, yet it is likely to draw the attentions from each part of the city. The tower rises from curved retail base, carrying the curved form to the sky. Total construction size of the project is 257.000 m².
