Mirabad Neighborhood Design is located on a plot which is 236.600 m² in Tashkent. The plot is surrounded by Kushkuprik Street and Fargona Road. The programme includes residence, retail, parks, school and polyclinic. The promanade that is proposed for master plan works as a main driver in the project. At the heart of the plan there is a sqaure welcoming all visitors as an attraction point. It's called as social platform that easily reachs to all and it's designed for both day and nigth usage. Building heights range between 9-16 storeys. Total construction size of the project is 346.000 m².
