29 006 m² sized Project site will serve as a residential area that includes 243 units of apartments while architectural design focuses on human-scale with building heights and courtyards, like the other projects among the Cendere Valley.  Vadipark Residences’  design principle is strictly following the natural forms of the area.

Various heightened blocks which are positioned according to valley form, offers different kind and types of residential units. Commonly used building elements are glass and timber which are already in harmony with nature.  Within the Vadipark Residences project; a courtyard with pool in the centre and many open areas for common use are taking place, thus project introduces the reunion of residents with the valley and forest spirit that represents the collaboration nature and urban areas.
